Development Briefs
Development Briefs have been prepared for five sites allocated in the Moray Local Development Plan 2015 (LDP) for housing.
These are:
R2 + LONG Braes of Allachie, Aberlour
The development briefs set out the design standards for future development of these sites which developers will be expected to reflect in future planning applications. The development briefs do not revisit the principle of development on the site as this has already been established through the LDP. The design standards set out in the development briefs reflect Scottish Government policy and the Council’s own Placemaking policy and guidance to ensure that high quality development is delivered on the ground.
