The Moray Community Planning Partnership has commissioned Craigforth Consultancy & Research to set up a Citizens Panel.  Its purpose is to access the views of residents on the usage and effectiveness of services provided by partner organisations and to identify priorities for local people.

The first stage of this exercise is to set up the Panel and a mailshot of over 15,000 residents is hoped to produce a representative group of over 850 people who will be involved in 9 postal surveys over the next 3 years.  Whilst participation is entirely voluntary we hope that people will give of their time to participate and play an important part in influencing decision makers within the partner organisations.
