STATE AID SEMINAR TO BE HELD ON 25TH APRIL 2005
IN ‘THE GALLERY’, ELGIN LIBRARY, COOPER PARK, ELGIN
State Aid issues can affect all sectors and organisations – including the voluntary sector - if they receive any kind of public
assistance, whether it be funding or other resources. The results of “getting it wrong” can be far-reaching, so its important
to know whether your projects or services come under State Aid, and if they do, how they can be taken forward in line with
the rules.
This afternoon seminar has been put together by the Moray Council, in partnership with the Scottish Executive’s State Aid
Unit, and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
If you work with a public or voluntary organisation then this seminar could be for you.
Its a great opportunity to hear about State Aid from the experts, learn some basic rules, look at examples and have your questions answered.
The seminar is free of charge. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Closing date for booking is 14th April 2005.
