The refurbishment of the Council Chambers is scheduled to begin on Monday 14 November 2005 and is due to be completed at the end of December 2005. In addition the works will affect the Committee Room, which will also be unavailable for use during the refurbishment. 

During the period of the refurbishment alternative arrangements have been made for all of the Service Committee Meetings of the Council, Full Council Meetings, Sub-Committee Meetings and Working Parties affected to be held at the Moray College and the Music Centre. Any other meetings, which have been arranged by departments, will require to be relocated and will be the responsibility of individual departments.
