MSP to speak at Elgin BID meeting

Moray MSP Richard Lochhead will be guest speaker at the next meeting of the Elgin Business Improvement District (BID) working group.
It takes place at the Laichmoray Hotel on Monday, April 13 at 6.15pm.
The chairman of the working group, David Urquhart, has extended an invitation to town centre businesses to attend and become involved in the initiative.
A business plan is being prepared with a view to making the town centre a more vibrant and exciting environment for shoppers and attracting new investment.
