Sports clubs network day

A club network day for members of local sports clubs and others involved in sport in the area takes place in Moray later this month.

The day-long event at Moray College in Elgin on Saturday, August 29 is being organised by sportMoray and follows the success of two previous club network evenings.

It will include a number of workshops and presentations to ensure there is something of interest for everyone. The workshops have been selected in consultation with clubs affiliated to sportMoray which have identified their own particular training needs.

The day runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm but participants need only attend during the times of the workshops in which they wish to take part.

Throughout the day there will be the opportunity to speak to sportMoray committee members as well as Active Schools and sports development staff.

All workshops and presentations are free and lunch and refreshments will also be served.
