BALL annual meeting

The annual general meeting of the Moray management committee of BALL – Be Active Life Long – will take place in the lounge at Elgin Town Hall on Monday, November 23 at 1.45pm.

The committee acts as an umbrella organisation for the 12 BALL groups currently running across Moray.

The groups are targeted at over-60s and the weekly sessions engage people to help improve the quality of their life and their physical health and to foster companionship.
