Greenwards is an open plan school originally completed in April 1977. It was extended and doubled in size 1 year later, and was further extended in 1996 to provide specialised accommodation for children with additional support needs. There are no classrooms and no doors. Instead there are teaching areas typically grouped in clusters of 3 or 4 class areas. The teaching areas are open, bright and attractively decorated with the children’s work.
