Description

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction which alleges failure on the part of the Council, to perform a function or to provide a service in line with stated Council practices and policies.

The Council anticipate acknowledgement of a complaint within 3 working days, followed by a written outcome of the investigation into the complaint within a further 20 working days.
