The Learning and Development Section, based at The Moray Council HQ, is responsible for providing advice and guidance in respect of the following:
- Curriculum development (including pre-school, Early Intervention, Curriculum for Excellence, Education and Industry links (including Work Experience
- Policy formulation and strategic planning
- Pre school admissions
- Quality improvement
- School provision (including roll forecasts, term and holiday dates, capacities, catchment areas, school zones)
