Moray Access Points
Description

Reception Services at Elgin Council Headquarters includes the Access Point and Switchboard. All Moray Council Access Points deal with general Council related enquiries. If an enquiry can't be dealt with on the spot we can refer you to the right department or organisation.

You can collect licence forms issued by The Moray Council.

You can consult planning applications.

We issue Scotland Wide Free Travel cards.

We display leaflets and publications about Council Services. We can also display posters and notices for events of local interest, for you on the Town Noticeboards in Elgin, Buckie and Keith.

When telephoning the Council the switchboard will be able to direct you to the right department.

There are also Access Points in  Buckie, Keith and Forres
