Road Closures

Find out where there are current Road Closures and Restrictions

Before closing a road to traffic you must apply for permission  by filling out form (RF 171) and returning it to us with the correct fee, (1 page, 136 KB) (this link opens in a new window)

Download an Temporary Restriction form (1 page, 140 KB) or you can collect one from any of our Access Points . Once you have filled in the form you can return it in person or  by post to any of our Access Points or by post to the address below..

Closures of up to and including five days need at least 14 days to be processed and a permit issued

Closures of six days or greater need at least 28 days to be processed and a permit issued, as they must be advertised before the road is closed.
