Dropped Kerbs

Before digging up any public road footpath or verge, for dropping your kerb you must apply for permission. Please complete a form (RF 179) (4 pages, 175 KB) and submit it to us with the correct correct fee.(1 page, 135 KB)

Please allow at least seven days to process and issue the permit. You or your contractor must also hold a certificate issued by the Street of Works Qualification Register before being allowed to work on public roads, footpaths and verges.
