Dial a Bus

A door to door accessible bus service for those who, because of age or disability, find public transport difficult to use and who live in the Cullen/Buckie areas. If you qualify for concessionary travel within the Moray area (whether you hold a concession card or not) you may apply for membership to the BABS scheme.
