Each year from the middle of October until the middle of April Roads Maintenance monitor road and weather conditions to help us provide a winter maintenance service for the treatment of ice and snow conditions on Moray roads.
Trunk Roads are the responsibility of the Scottish Government and are now managed by BEAR (Scotland) Ltd
Like roads, footpaths are categorised into priority routes, with priority given to footpaths, which carry the greatest number of pedestrians.
