Dialogue Youth was created in 2002 as a partnership between Young Scot, the National Youth Information Agency for Scotland and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA). The initiative was funded by all 32 local authorities and the Scottish Government under the banner of the Modernising Government Fund.
