5. 1 April 2012- 31 March 2013: 11 qualified environmental health officers (EHO's) who had workloads which included carrying out food safety and food standards duties, and a food safety officer who was fulltime on these duties.

   1 April 2013 - 31 March 2014: 10 EHO's and 1 food safety officer

   1 April 2014 - 31 March 2015: 10 EHO's and 1 food safety officer

6. 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013: Total of 431 proactive programmed food hygiene    inspections

      1 April 2013 - 31 March 2014: Total of 391 proactive programmed food hygiene    inspections

      1 April 2014 - 31 March 2015: Total of 297 proactive programmed food hygiene    inspections
