Could you please provide me with a link/pdf or hard copy of Moray's  Marine and Coastal Litter Plan.
This is a policy document that covers how Moray council deals with litter/industrial waste that lands on its beaches.

1. The Moray Council do not own or control any land along the coast and do not as a matter of course undertake any beach cleaning activities, therefore the Council does not have a Marine and Costal Litter Plan.  However the Council works with and assists local community groups and landowners to remove and dispose of litter from a variety of locations including beaches.
