Students - this link provides access to details of exemptions available to students.
Severely mentally impaired person - this link provides access to details of exemptions available to persons who are severely mentally impaired.
Person in a hospital or care home - this link provides access to details of exemptions available for properties left vacant by persons now resident in a hospital or a care home.
Unoccupied property - this link provides access to details of the different classes of exemptions which are available for unoccupied properties.
Care Leavers - this exemption may be available to any person between 18 and 26 years of age who has left Local Authority care and resides alone.
