Q3 - These are all block contracts, there are no upper or lower rates. 

Q4 - These are all block contracts, there are no 1:1 hourly rates.

Q5 - The majority of these are service level agreements following grants to provide a service that the Council cannot provide - a tender process was not used. 

Q6 - These are block contracts, there is no average sleep in rate.

Q7 - No.

Q8 - We do not have frameworks, these are individual block contracts.

Q9 - No.

Q10 - Yes.

Q11 - We do not have any framework contracts.
