In the past five years (either 2011 until present or financial years 2011-12 to 2015-16), how much has your local authority paid to council employees (including, full-time, part-time and contract workers) in compensation? This should include, but not be restricted to, payments for injury, loss or damage to property, grievance etc. For each payment, please state the reason for the claim/payment and the total amount paid as well as the date of payment. Where possible, please also include details of the individual to whom the money was paid, for example job title or pay bracket.
