With regard to part 7 of the Antisocial Behaviour (Scotland) Act 2004 (“the act”)), please indicate:

1. How many Anti-Social Behaviour Notices  the local authority has served upon a landlord in each reporting year since 2011
o Of those applications, what behaviour the application refers.  Where possible, please categorise under the 12 categories (A-M) of ASB (table 4.8 at http://www.gov.scot/Resource/Doc/198276/0053019.pdf), based on the RDS typology (page 4 at https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/116655/dpr26.pdf). For instance:

3. How many sanctions have been sought by the local authority in the courts in respect of a an Anti-Social Behaviour notice against a landlord under sections 71, 74 and 77 of the act in each reporting year since 2011;

o For each year, please list the number of sanctions sought under the section of the act.

4. How many sanctions have been issued by sheriffs following the request of the local authority in the courts in respect of a an Anti-Social Behaviour notice against a landlord under sections 71, 74 and 77 of the act in each reporting year since 2011;

o For each year, please list the number of sanctions sought under the section of the act.
