Graeme Davidson (Housing Strategy and Development Manager) and Fiona Geddes (Senior Housing Officer) met representatives of Springfield on 1 September 2016 to discuss potential housing opportunities in relation to the Moray Affordable Housing Programme. The meeting was part of a round of programme meetings with housing associations and local developers. At the meeting, Springfield reported that they would shortly be submitting a planning application for 22 affordable houses at Forsyth Street. Housing and Property have had no correspondence or any other discussion with Springfield in relation to this site. The notes from this meeting contain commercially sensitive information on a number of housing developments sites throughout Moray and are therefore exempt under section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
