iii. A pack containing specific items, for example, paint, wallpaper, paste, brushes, roller and trays etc?

b. Do you have a preferred supplier for purchasing the materials? YES / NO
i. If yes, please confirm who the supplier is?

c. Does the new tenant have choice in what is provided? YES / NO
i. If Yes, please provide details of what the tenant can choose from?

d. How is the amount of money/vouchers/pack calculated?

e. Is a satisfaction survey issued to each new tenant to seek feedback on the scheme?
i. If Yes, please provide a copy of the satisfaction survey and also a copy of your most report collated / compiled from the feedback?

f. Please confirm when the scheme was introduced by your organisation (Month/Year will suffice or year if this is not known)?

g. Has the scheme ever been reviewed?
i. If Yes, please provide the date it was last reviewed; and
ii. Confirm if tenants / customers were involved in the review?

c. Does the new tenant have choice in what is provided? YES / NO i. If Yes, please provide details of what the tenant can choose from? Choice of paint colour, decorating tools, flexibility to choose wallpaper or alternative decoration products.

d. How is the amount of money/vouchers/pack calculated? This is assessed by Housing Projects Officers during the void inspection and one of 4 types of pack is issued – 1, 2, 3 bed or Minor Works

e. Is a satisfaction survey issued to each new tenant to seek feedback on the scheme? YES

i. If Yes, please provide a copy of the satisfaction survey and also a copy of your most report collated / compiled from the feedback?

Satisfaction with our paint pack provision is as undernoted table. This information is gathered as part of our New Tenant Survey and results are to date

f. Please confirm when the scheme was introduced by your organisation (Month/Year will suffice or year if this is not known)? April 2013 – pilot scheme started

g. Has the scheme ever been reviewed? A review was carried out in December 2013 following the pilot scheme.  Committee agreed to permanently implement the scheme from 1 April 2014

i. If Yes, please provide the date it was last reviewed; and ii. Confirm if tenants/customers were involved in the review? Yes, a postal questionnaire was issued in October 2013.

h. What has been the expenditure for the scheme for the last 3 financial years (2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16)? Please complete details below?:
