FOI Request - Flexible Working Arrangements

I am writing to request information about the flexible working arrangements that pertain in your authority/establishment, regarding teachers and lecturers. Please treat this as a request being made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

In particular, I am keen to find out:
1. How many teaching/lecturing staff you employ, disaggregated by gender?
2. How many members of teaching/lecturing staff in your employment work part-time. I would like this data disaggregated by gender.
3. How manay members of teaching/lecturing staff in your employment have a flexible working arrangement in any form (e.g. term-time working only, flexitime, compressed hours, part-time, job-share, working from home etc.)? I would like this data disaggregated by gender.
4. How many requests from teachers/lecturers to change their working pattern (in any direction e.g. from full-time to part-time or vice-versa) you have received in each of the last 3 years? I would like this data disaggregated by gender.
5. How many of the above requests were agreed or denied? I would like this data disaggregated by gender.
6. If you have a policy on flexible working arrangements for your employees, I would be most grateful to receive a copy of any relevant policy

3.All Teachers are term-time but other than providing information on part-time workers (as above) we are unable to provide information on other flexible working arrangements.

Questions 4 and 5 are exempt Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information Not Held. 

6. The Moray Council Flexible Working Policy is available HERE but please note this doesn’t apply to Teachers.
