FOI Request Cyber Bullying
How many instances of cyber bullying were recorded for each year, between 2007 and 2016, in both a) primary schools and b) secondary schools?
Schools hold reports of bullying incidents in each pupil's PPR (Pupil's Personal Record). They would have to go into each pupil's record to get this information which is not a feasible task. This information is not held centrally. As a result, this information is exempt under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Excessive Cost of Compliance as it would cost in excess of £600 to extract it.
