2. How many refugees and asylum seekers have been given accommodation within your council's boundary since the start of 2015 under Section 95 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999?

1. This Information is Exempt Under Section 17 of the Freedom of  Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information not held. We are unable to answer this question.  We do not ask whether an applicant is a war veteran within out housing application.

2. Moray Council housed 19 Refugees within the Moray Council area since start of 2015 to date.
