the number of claims for your authority has awarded under Reg 85(5) of The Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Regulations 2012 for claims where eligibility will start on 1 April 2017 according to the provisions of The Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2016
