1. Can you please provide a list of all food businesses in your local area registered or described as farm shops as per section 6.5.1 point 3 of the Food Law Code of Practice Scotland.
2. Food Authorities should also ensure that a separate up-to-date, list of food business establishments registered with them is available for inspection by the general public at all reasonable times. The list should contain the following information about each food business and should be consistent with the information held in the Food Authority's database: a. Name of the food business b. Address of the food business establishment c. Particulars and nature of the food business.
