1. How many full time food safety and hygiene Environmental Health Inspectors do you employ?
2. Please supply figures for the last three calendar years broken down by year.

1. The Environmental Health Officers employed by Moray Council are multi-disciplinary. There are 6 EHO's and  the estimated number of FTE EHO's undertaking food safety and hygiene inspections is 3. There is also a 0.6 FTE Food Safety Officer.

Jan - Dec 2013  3.8 EHO's and 1 FTE Food Safety Officer.

Jan - Dec 2014  3 EHO's and 1 FTE Food Safety Officer.

Jan - Dec 2015  3 EHO's and 0.6 FTE Food Safety Officer.

Jan - Dec 2016  3 EHO's and 0.6 FTE Food Safety Officer.
