1. Please could you supply the name, job title, email address and telephone number of the commissioner with responsibility for children requiring additional support for learning.
2. Please provide the total number of children funded by the local authority for children requiring additional support for learning. To clarify we mean children with co-ordinated support plans in place who have local authority funding for their additional learning support. Please provide the figures by financial year for 2015/16, 2016/17 and predicted or forecasted figures for 2017/18.
3. Of the total number of children requiring additional support for learning (q.2) please provide the number that are in;
a. day placements; (To clarify, we mean placements where there is no residential overnight stay.)
b. in 52 week placements; (To clarify, 52 week day placements refer to schools which have the residential capacity to care for their students throughout the 52 weeks of the year.)
c. in 38 week placements. (To clarify, 38 week day placement indicates that a school has residential capacity to care for children only during term time, of which there are 38 weeks in the year.)
