In my original request, I asked "Are you planning to upgrade / replace your current system in the next two years?" & you responded "yes". Could please clarify when the following milestones are planned:

1. Commencement of formal procurement process?
2. Formal award of new contract?
3. Project kick-off date?
4. System go-live date?
