In this request, by ‘teaching posts’ we mean all posts open to qualified teachers, including all promoted posts such as deputy and head teachers.

We request that the information provided be broken down by ethnic group in the following manner:
•        All white groups
•        All non-white groups
•        All unknown or not specified

Additionally, within these figures, wherever possible, we request disaggregation by ethnicity in line with the broad census categories from the 2011 Scottish Census, as well as separate data for ‘unknown’ and ‘not disclosed.’

Ideally, we would prefer this information by school year. However, where this is not possible, please provide the information in whichever annual format is utilised by the Education Authority, whether by calendar year or another format.
