FOI Request Clarification of Cost of Accommodation and Domestic Violence

I would like to request some points of clarification on the information requested 22 June on domestic violence victims placed in temporary accommodation.

I realise there were some ambiguities in my original request which I would like to clarify:
• I intended "hotels, hostels, bed and breakfast or other forms of temporary accommodation" to exclude refuge provision. Do figures provided by the Council include or exclude specialist refuge provision?
• Were the figures given by the Council for individuals or households?
• Was the total spend given for Q3 and Q4 net or gross?
