FOI Request Car Parking Charges

Please provide, under freedom of information legislation, the following:

The total value of parking tickets issued in each of the financial years 2017/18 (to date); 2016/17; 2015/16; 2014/15; 2013/14; 2012/13.

The total value of cash collected from parking machines in each of the financial years 2017/18 (to date); 2016/17; 2015/16; 2014/15; 2013/14; 2012/13.

The total value of electronic parking payments in each of the financial years 2017/18 (to date); 2016/17; 2015/16; 2014/15; 2013/14; 2012/13.

To avoid any doubt, I am trying to establish the difference between how much money is paid into parking machines (e.g. when people overpay when they do not have the correct change) and the value of the tickets issued.
