We note that the notice boards pertaining to Bye Laws applicable to Grant Park (Forres) have been removed. 1 On who's authority was this done, and 2 When are they going to be re-installed

1. The notices were removed on the instruction of the Moray Council Lands and Parks Officer in 2015 because the writing had faded to such an extent that it could not be deciphered.  The management rules were also out of date and referred to Moray District Council which has not existed for some twenty years.

2. The rules will have to be revised an updated before the signs are re-erected and at the moment there is no timescale for this to happen.
