•  For Financial years 2010/11-2016/17 - this is exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information Otherwise Available. This information is previously published on the Moray Council website at http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_111390.html Information for years prior to financial year 2010/11 is exempt under Section 17 as this information is no longer held
• This information is exempt under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Excessive Cost of Compliance. To complete this work for the years of information we have available would exceed the 40 hour limit set by the SIC. However, under Section 16 oft eh Act, we do have a recent request for this information for financial years 2015/16 and 2016/17 which is published at http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_115843.html
