FOI Request Teacher Disciplinary Sanctions

I would like to request the following information:
• The total number of teachers who have received a disciplinary sanction.
• The number of teachers who were dismissed as a result of their disciplinary sanction.
• The number of teachers who were allowed to continue in their job unchanged after receiving a disciplinary sanction.
• The number of teachers who were either demoted or transferred after receiving a disciplinary sanction.
I would like the responses for each bullet point broken down per academic year for the years 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17.
