FOI Request House Collection Licenses

I would like to know to what charities/companies have a house to house collection license in your area since January 1st 2018 until today. Also, I would like to know when the licenses were issued and when they expire.

Please could I have this information in Excel format?

The Council has a public access licensing system that details licences issued and licence applications in process. You can search by many criteria including licence type, address, reference, ward area and date. Applications are also visible on a map. The register includes, amongst other things, details of the licence holder, trading address and important dates including expiry dates. The system is available 24/7 (subject to limited down times) and can be accessed here:

Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (the Act) exempts information from disclosure where the requester can reasonably obtain the information without making a request for it. It is the Council's view that the information can be reasonably obtained from this system without a request.

They should click on Advanced then click on Licences.  At Category choose Charitable Collections then click on Search at the bottom.
