2019 Local Government By Election Ward 2 Results

A by-election was held on Thursday 21 November for the vacancy of one local councillor in Ward 2 Keith and Cullen This election was conducted by Single Transferable Vote.

At the conclusion of the count, Laura POWELL (Scottish Conservative and Unionist) was elected at the end of Stage 4 with 1339 votes. Turnout was 33.9%
