FOI Request - Casework by Councillors
Please advise the number of pieces of "casework" raised by each councillor with the authority since May 3rd 2019 - as a list with the number of queries each councillor has logged. Please include all queries officially logged by each councillor - whether on behalf of a resident or where the councillor has raised the query on his or her own account.
(Often these are known as "member enquiries").
The requested information is not held in a central log, and to gather this information from each individual Council department would cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we are therefore unable to provide this information. However, it possible that individual Councilors may hold their own records and you are free to contact them individually.
