Printing and posting of the postal votes was undertaken by an outsourced contracted supplier – IDOX Software Limited
Authentication of the postal votes is taken to mean the legal process of postal vote verification which is undertaken by Returning Officer staff in-house using a specialist outsourced software and hardware postal vote management system contracted with IDOX Software Limited.
