Please can you reveal the following information under the Freedom of Information Act in relation to the maintenance carried out on the cycle path starting from the Buccaneer Garage on the A941 (Lossiemouth Road) continuing onto the B9135 (Muirton Road) through Muirton onto Lossiemouth:
1. Maintenance schedule annual period
2. Maintenance schedule archive from 2017/18 and 2018/19
3. Maintenance schedule proposed throughout 2020
4. Maintenance reports archive from 2017/18 and 2018/19
5. Maintenance reports 2020
6. Statistics relating to the number of cycle path users
7. Gritting schedule for the cycle path under the Winter Operation Plan 2020

1. The Cycle Path is inspected annually In June
2. Please see this document. The results are split into two sections the first part being the inspection history and the second part Enquiries/Defects Recorded. In accordance with exemption 38(1)(b) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004, the third party information contained in the document is exempt from disclosure and has been redacted.
3. The maintenance schedule will continue as an annual inspection carried out each June.
