FOI Request - Cleaning Budgets

I would like to request the following information under FOISA:

1) The Council’s total budget of cleaning across all portfolio areas for each of the last 10 years
2) The cleaning budget specifically for cleaning in schools and nurseries over the last 10 years
3) What changes have been made to policies on frequency of cleaning recently/during this time, particularly with regards to schools and nurseries, but also any other relevant general policies.
