FOI Request - COVID19, Business Financial Assistance

I am writing you regarding the financial assistance measures to support businesses undertaken by the government to deal with the consequences of the pandemic [COVID19].
Could you send me information and guidance on the grants and funding available to small businesses in relation to COVID19, please?
If I understand correctly, the assistance includes:
a. Grants to small businesses
b. Wage subsidy of 80% and
c. Business rate relief

Could you also include information on the procedure for applying for the funding/reliefs referred above.
