FOI Request - Homeless Accommodation (1)

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information held by the council.
Specifically, I would like the following information:
1. The number of individuals who have presented as homeless with the council but have not been given accommodation, either temporary or permanent, by the local authority, each month since January 1, 2018.
2. The total number of occasions on which a homeless person has been denied, refused, or otherwise not given accommodation, either temporary or permanent, by the local authority after presenting as homeless, each month since January 1, 2018.
3. Details of those who have been removed from temporary accommodation by the council, including the date of removal, the reason for removal, and whether the individual was offered alternative accommodation, since January 1, 2018.
