FOI Request - Homeless Accommodation Inspections

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information held by the council

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. Copies of all reports of inspections, carried out either internally or externally, by council staff or partner organisations, on properties used to house homeless individuals in the council area since January 1, 2015.

1. A vast array of inspections are undertaken by various department at various times. To provide copies of these would cost the Council in excess of £600 and so, in accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are unable to comply with this request.

For your information, please find a summary of these different reports below.

Moray Council House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO)
     These are inspected every 3 years with an interim inspection 18 months into the licence (duration of licence)

Royal Hotel HMO
     As above (now no longer used as temporary accommodation)

Scottish Fire & Rescue
     Regularly inspect the HMO and other temporary accommodation on requests via a referral form

Care Inspectorate
     Available on-line for hostels only

Moray Council Property & Building Services
     Both undertake inspection of the our buildings on a rolling programme

Moray Council Temporary Accommodation Team
     Compliance testing by staff
     Weekly fire inspections by staff-all accommodation
     Fire System inspections by external contractors
     Weekly legionella inspections-all accommodation
