FOI Request - Housebuilding Projects

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information held by the council

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. Details of all housebuilding projects in the council area approved in the last ten years, including the address of the project, the affected council ward,  the total number of units built, the number of units built for social housing, the number of affordable houses built, and the date the project was approved.
