FOI Request - Homelessness Complaints

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information held by the council
Specifically, I would like the following information:
1. Details of any complaints made to the council regarding the handling of homeless applications since 2014, including the date of complaints, its nature, and whether there was any outcome from the complaint.
2. Details of any complaints made to the council about its staff by homeless individuals since 2014, including the date of complaints, its nature, and whether there was any outcome from the complaint.
