1. How many unpaid council tax reminders were sent to councillors elected in your authority between 2017/18 and now? Could you break down by financial year?
2. How many councillors were summonsed to court or given summary warrants in the same period? Again, please break down by financial year.
3a. How many reminders were issued to councillors ? Please break down by year.
3b. For each instance, please provide the amount of council tax that remains outstanding?
Could you please provide the name of each councillor in question, but I understand this might not be possible due to privacy issues.

In 2018-19, no Council Tax reminder-notice was issued to any councillor.

In 2019-20, one Council Tax reminder-notice was issued.

In 2020-21, no Council Tax reminder-notice was issued to any councillor.

In 2017-18, no Summary Warrants were issued to any councillor.

In 2018-19, no Summary Warrants were issued to any councillor.

In 2019-20, one Council Tax Summary Warrant was obtained against one councillor.

In 2020-21, n/a - the council has not yet sought any summary warrant this year for unpaid Council Tax.
